I had a long conversation with Xinru last night at Centre Point MacDonald's while waiting Joyce to join us after her ULM. She had asked me questions that never really got me into thinking but the answers just came out so naturally.
''What's that thing that just keep you going on in this race?''
My answer was this -- My many personal encounter and conversation with God. The Living testimony of my BabyNephew would be good enough to shut my mouth. Perhaps you could think of this question yourself too. Why are you serving? And what's that thing which would keep you on fire for Him?
Then on our way home, both of us kept silent for a little while. And as usual, I was thinking.
I was reflecting my life. Then i looked at her and simply told her, ''I really love my life.''
Out of 10, who would really make such a statement? Most of 'em would most probably go ''Life sucks man.'' / ''Life's nothing but a bull of shit.'' Sure, my life's far from perfect. Yet I could just declare that I love my life.
There's nothing much to complain about, seriously.
I have Jesus. A great and awesome God.
And that's more than enough for me to thank for for the rest of my life(:
