Hey!!! =)
God is faithful! :) Let me tell you all the things God has blessed me with!
1) Camera---Plonk!!
On saturday, when my family and I went to the fishing area near Khatib MRT station, i took photographs with my camera. After I placed it on the bench, i took over a fishing rod. However, know what? IT FELL AND SLIPPED INTO THE POND!!!
Yes, it completely slipped into the pond. At that point of time, I was like to shocked to move. To think. Panic and worry was like overwhelming all of a sudden. Then... I remembered. I started praying madly to God, crying out to Him for the camera to be okay and not spoilt. Doesn't it seem downright impossible since it is like completely wet?
Then, the person-in-charge there went into the pool to retrive the camera. (Heehee, fishy!) Yeah. People all around were like, "完蛋了。一定不能用的。" Translation: "Surely it's spoilt. Surely it cannot work." I was still praying...
We let it dry for a few days. Yesterday, my father turned it on for the first time after that "Plonk!" incident. THANK GOD!!! IT WORKED!!! It's just that the glass is blurry. =) Really thank God alot alot alot! =) Cuz it's like, $500, and sort of expensive. And i don't want to like, waste money just because i was careless enough to place the camera on the bench, resulting in it slipping into the water. THANK GOD!
2) Rain or not? (No. 2)
Today i had french at moelc again. And, it was raining very heavily again, just like the previous time i posted a similar blessing. I prayed for the rain to stop before 6.30pm, so that when it's time for us to go home, it won't be raining anymore. And it happened just as i have prayed!
Cuz there was once when i was going to choir concert after french lesson and it was raining heavily. I was drenched, really drenched. It was really really uncomfortable! So, i really don't want history to repeat itself once again. :) THANK GOD!!! Thank You, Father, for being faithful!
3) AMAZING LOVE, how can it be...
Yesterday, I went with my family to watch "钱不够用2", and was really touched. I cried thrice! (HAHA=D) The love of the grandmother for her children and grandchildren was so great!
[PS. If you want to be kept in suspense, then don't read the following. If not, then highlight with your mouse to read=)]
She didn't complain when they were pushing her around, or letting her sleep near or in the toilet because of her inability to control her bladder. There was this scene when they wanted to put her into an old folks' home. It was PAINFUL to see the separation between mother and son. Really, really painful.
She eventually fainted and was sent to hospital. One of her granddaughter was in a car accident and was admitted to hospital. Both of them needed O- blood, but there was only enough for one person. As the brothers were fighting over the blood, the grandmother plucked out her oxygen tube. She sacrificed her life for her granddaughter!
I am truly touched by this movie. It reminds me of Jesus dying on the cross for us. How PAINFUL it must be---the separation between Father and Son, God resisting the urge to help and save Jesus even though He wanted and had the ability to! Really appreciate Jesus' sacrifice for all of us! This goes to show just how much He loves us!
Conclude...
Really thank God for everything He has sacrificed for me. Really thank God and Jesus!!! :) I LOVE YOU GOD! I LOVE YOU JESUS! Now, i can really feel His presence every single day=) Keep on talking to God, Keep on praying to God!
"Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."
---1 Thessalonians 5:16-18---
