Hey!
Today is the second day of fasting... Haha. Man, was it hard. Cuz yeah I'm fasting from one meal(like everyone else), TV and Snacks. I guess the hardest is fasting from snacks haha:P I like to eat snacks and really thank God for creating food!!! :)
Yeah, it was really hard, seeing everyone eating and all, and all the food around me... But God got me through today! :) cuz today i had piano lesson, so my lunch was 12++ and then dinner was like 9++ and it is quite a long period in between. Then yeah, i was really tempted to EAT snacks...
But God is FAITHFUL!!! He helped me to abstain from them. He also reminded me this: Remember that you once said you would do anything as long as the Kingdom could be extended? This is a way of doing something:) And it's like, since we've started it, why not complete it and really do things (in this case, fast) to our very best?
Yeah. So really thank God for strengthening me and bringing me through this. Really thank You God. Without You, i wouldn't be able to get through this day of fasting=) Tomorrow will be another day of battle with satan, day after day after day. But i'm just grateful and glad that God will be with me through everything and forever more:)
PSC, all of us are fasting to rely on God more. Let's not give up fasting because of any temptations satan as set up in place for us. Think about how much you wanted to advance God's Kingdom and how you really wanted to do something great for God. Well, fasting is a form of discipline that you can start from! :) Jiayous people!!!
